• Take full accountability for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of our Product Food Safety Management System including Hazard Control Plan, Product Defense Plan and Product Fraud Mitigation Plan;
• Satisfy all food safety requirements including applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and mutually agreed customers’ requirements related to food safety;
• Ensure that our Product Food Safety Objectives are duly established and well aligned with the strategic direction of our organization;
• Ensure that our Product Food Safety Management System requirements are well integrated into our business model and processes, thus making it our core values and work culture;
• Formation of a Product Food Safety Team, Product Defense Team and Product Fraud Mitigation Team that is well trained, competent, capable and resilient on the basis of knowledge, experience and skills related to food safety;
• Ensure that all resources needed for the Product Food Safety Management System are available or made available;
• Communicate the importance of effective Product Food Safety Management and conforming to the Product Food Safety Management System both internally and externally to all interested parties;
• Ensure that our Product Food Safety Management System achieves its intended objectives through prudent planning, execution, periodical monitoring, reviewing and re-strategizing against changes;
• Engage, direct and support employees and other related parties to contribute to the effectiveness of our Product Food Safety Management System;
• Promote continual process improvement to further improve our Product Food Safety;
• Support other relevant management roles and team members to demonstrate, upkeep and enhance their food safety leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility; and
• Ensure customer satisfaction and continued support are enhanced through products meeting the Food Safety requirements.
